DEPARTMENT. <br />BY: <br />APPROVED FOR <br />AGENDA BY: <br />It was brought to my attention by Joan Richert, Executive Director of the <br />St. Croix Animal Shelter, that the City does not have an impound.fee <br />for cats, such as we do for dogs. <br />Cats are not picked up as frequently as dogs, but it does happen on <br />occasion. <br />Therefore, the following recommendation is offered for your consideration: <br />Motion �Second WVZA to adopt Ordinance 80adding <br />Section 105.090 "Impound fees for cat" to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code. <br />
