Bachman Variance <br />Mr. Bachman indicated to the City Administrator that he was <br />out-of-town at the time his variance request was before the Council <br />and would like to make his presentation with new information and <br />update the Council on how they are working with the DNR. <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to schedule Mr. Bachman to appear before the <br />Council at his convenience, but to convey to Mr. Bachman that the City <br />Council to date has not changed. their mind on allowance of the <br />variance. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />A City council member asked the Building official to check this lot <br />for groundwater problems because of springs found on the lot. <br />H.
