LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 19, 1991 7 <br />This item will be placed on December 3, 1991 City Council agenda <br />as Old Business item. <br />C. Park Plan <br />M/S/P Mottaz/Williams - to accept the proposed Comprehensive Park <br />Plan and to direct the Staff to set up a joint public hearing on <br />this Plan between the Parks and Planning Commission. (Motion <br />carried 5-0). <br />D. Other <br />7. PUBLIC HEARING: 1992 Budget (Moved to 4A) <br />8. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />City Attorney Filla reported a Motion was made by the attorney <br />for Trailhead Dev. Judge Quinn will address the issue, whether <br />or not the City should be found in contempt for failing to comply <br />with his order regarding the rezoning of Stonegate, on Monday, <br />November 25th, 8:45 a.m. <br />9. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />A. Liquor Ordinance - Item postponed <br />B. Request by the Fire Department for software: <br />Jim Sachs - Item postponed <br />C. Annual Christmas Party <br />The Annual Christmas Party will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, <br />December 20, 1991. <br />10. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />Mayor Johnson <br />Councilman Hunt <br />Councilman Johnson <br />Councilman Mottaz submitted his letter to be mailed to the <br />public on the septic ordinance to the City Administrator. This <br />letter will be copied to the City Council. <br />Councilman Williams noted the City Engineer was a fine <br />engineer; however, as a city consultant he has to have some stage <br />presence and ability to deal with the City Council and the public <br />at City Council meetings. Other Council members shared this <br />same concern and this will be discussed with the Engineer and his <br />supervisor. <br />11. ADJOURN <br />
