b <br />MINUTES APPROVED: 12-17-91 <br />MINUTES ISSUED: 1- 3-92 <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 3, 1991 <br />Mayor Johnson called the city council meeting to order at 7:05 <br />p.m. in the City Council chambers. Present: Mayor Johnson, <br />Hunt, Dick Johnson, Mottaz, Williams, City Attorney Filla and <br />Administrator Kueffner. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: 10F. Vacancy on Maintenance Advisory Committee <br />Interchange 7D. MUSA Ext with 7E. Stonegate <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to amend the December 3rd Council agenda. <br />(Motion carried 4-1: Mayor). <br />Add: Water Problem at Cimarron, ReAPP Report <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to approve the December 3rd City Council <br />agenda as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />2. MINUTES: November 19, 1991 <br />M/S/P Dick Johnson/Hunt - to approve the November 19th City <br />Council minutes as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />Councilman Johnson reported the Maintenance Advisory Committee <br />had a problem with Claim #95582 (Road Machinery & Supplies). The <br />City rented a front-end loader with a wing to widen the streets <br />which was done in lieu of a piece of equipment we already had. <br />The Committee had a problem with a full week rental on a daily <br />rental basis with a stiff rental charge. According to the City <br />Administrator because of the immense amount of snow we received <br />from the Halloween snowstorm, it was necessary to get a second <br />unit. Also, the City did some plowing on Cimarron streets which <br />we will be reimbursed for. <br />M/S/P Hunt/Mottaz - to approve the December 3, 1991 claims #95555 <br />thru #95602 as presented. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />
