MINUTES APPROVED: 2-18-92 <br />MINUTES ISSUED: 2-28-92 <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 4, 1992 <br />Acting Mayor Williams called the City Council meeting to <br />order at 7:01 p.m. in the City Council chambers. Present: <br />Mayor Johnson (arrived 7:06), Hunt, Dick Johnson, Mottaz, <br />Williams, City Engineer Prew, City Planner Mike Black, City <br />Attorney Fills. and Administrator Kueffner. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: 5B. Pay Equity Report and End -of -Year Financial <br />Report, 6B. Presentation on Ground Water Studies by Paul <br />Brandt, E&A <br />M/S/P Dick Johnson/Hunt - to approve the February 4, 1992 <br />City Council agenda as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />2. MINUTES: December 17, 1991 Workshop <br />M/S/P Dick Johnson/Mottaz - to approve the December 17, 1991 <br />Joint Council Workshop minutes as presented. (Motion <br />carried 3-0-1 Abstain: Hunt). <br />MINUTES: January 21, 1992 <br />M/S/P Mottaz/Hunt - to approve the January 21, 1992 City <br />Council minutes as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />Add two claims: Trail Head Development Corp. for $2,500,. <br />Washington County District Court for $100. (See Item 9A) <br />M/S/P Williams/Dick Johnson - to approve the February 4, <br />1992 Claims #95782 thru #95823 as presented, with the <br />addition of a claim payable to Washington County District <br />Court in the amount of $100 and a claim payable to Trail <br />Head Development Corp, in the amount of $2500. (Motion <br />carried 5-0). <br />4. PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br />Wyn John, 8883 Jane Road N., referring to when the Mayor was <br />on television indicated he established a committee of <br />people, from local business or other recognized experience, <br />to advise him on city-wide issues. Would you tell us the <br />name of those advisors and whether they keep minutes of <br />their discussions which can be matter of public record? You <br />explained your reasons behind your resistance to the <br />Stonegate Dev., were those objections supported by your <br />advisory committee? If not, why didn't you follow their <br />advice? <br />
