LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES FEBRUARY 4, 1992 8 <br />Councilman Johnson was willing to wait for one more <br />inspection, but do it as soon as the snow was gone, about <br />April. He informed the Hammes they were past due according <br />to the clean up schedule and City action will be taken if <br />they don't see cleanup is being accomplished. <br />Jim McNamara will present an update on the clean-up at the <br />March 3rd Council meeting and the April and May meetings. <br />10. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />A. Insurance Package/Renewal Premium Summary and Binder <br />The City received a letter from Zignego Insurance Agency <br />regarding the city's insurance package and also a renewal <br />premium summary/comparison (1991/1992 $31,926 versus <br />1992/1992 $28,558). The City budgeted $34,500 for insurance <br />for 1992. <br />M/S/P Williams/Dick Johnson - to approve the renewal for the <br />city's 1992/93 liability insurance package thru the League <br />of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (Berkley Risk Services, <br />Inc.) in the amount of $28,558.00 as proposed by Zignego <br />Agency Inc./Insurance in its letter dated January 22, 1992. <br />(Motion carried 5-0). <br />M/S/P Williams/Mottaz - to decline the offer to carry excess <br />liability as proposed by Zignego Agency Inc./Insurance in <br />its letter dated January 22, 1992. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />B. Medical bills submitted by Cardozo for accident <br />incurred at Sunfish Lake Park. <br />The City's insurance company has denied payment under <br />General Liability and now a claim has been submitted to <br />Workman's Comp, The Council postponed action on this item <br />until the City Attorney can review the information provided. <br />C. City Flag <br />M/S/P Mottaz/Mayor Johnson - to establish a program for a <br />well publicized contest for designing a city flag, with a <br />$50 prize to the winner and judges to be determined by the <br />City Administrator. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />M/S/P Mottaz/Dick Johnson - to adjourn the City Council <br />meeting at 11:50 p.m. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />
