However, each connection would pay for the drainfield according to their design <br />flow. Also, each owner would install and maintain their own septic tank, pump station <br />and service pipe as necessary to connect to the City system. <br />As with our other community draunfields, a $35/Quarter service charge would be billed to <br />each connection. <br />Cost of Drannfield Property <br />Because the drainfield property would be owned by the City, it is proposed that the City <br />of Lake Elmo buy the drainfield property.
