Question asked: Should this be added to the other zonings in the City? Could not find any place appropriate for conditions and safeguards. Page 12: SECTION 303.090 CONDITIONAL USES - STANDARDS ON EVALUATION PROCEDURES Council questioned if the conditional uses are going to be handled differently. Change to read: The Planning Commission will make recommendations and hear applications for Conditional uses..... Page 14. D. (4.) Requested definition and standards of compensatory storage. Change to: ... compensatory storage "of a two to one replacement or greater" Mike Black will make the Section 303.100 NONCONFORMING USES consistent with the city code. Page 16: SECTION 303.102 AMENDMENTS There was discussion on fill added to raise a non -conforming house. Could not be an island.
