MINUTES APPROVED: 5-5-92 <br />MINUTES ISSUED: 5-15-92 <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />APRIL 21, 1992 <br />Mayor Johnson called the city council meeting to order at <br />7:02 p.m. in the Council chambers. Present: Mayor Johnson, <br />Hunt (Departed 10:30 p.m.), Dick Johnson, Mottaz (Arrived at <br />7:05 p.m.), Williams, City Engineer Tom Prew, City Attorney <br />Filla, and Administrator Kueffner. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: OLD BUSINESS: Response from Deputy Olson to Trans City <br />Investment, Petition from Trans City, Appointments to the <br />County Road 13 Pedestrian Trail Committee. <br />M/S/P Williams/Dick Johnson - to approve the April 21, 1992 <br />City Council agenda as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />2. MINUTES: April 6, 1992 <br />TH5 Mill and Overlay Project: <br />Councilman Mottaz indicted he was in error when he pointed <br />out there was historic significance where the 15 trees are <br />proposed to be eliminated. <br />M/S/P Hunt/Mayor Johnson - to approve the April 6, 1992 City <br />Council minutes as amended. (Motion carried 4-0-1: Abstain: <br />Williams). <br />MINUTES: April 11, 1992 <br />M/S/P Dick Johnson/Mottaz - to approve the April 11, 1992 <br />City Council minutes as presented. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Williams/Dick Johnson - to approve the April 21, 1992 <br />Claims #456 thru #499 as presented. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />4. MAYOR JOHNSON PROCLAIMED SATURDAY, MAY 2ND, ST. JUDE <br />CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL WHEELS FOR LIFE BIKE-A-THON <br />DAY IN LAKE ELMO. <br />PUBLIC INFORMATION: <br />A. Lake Elmo Jaycees, Charitable Gambling and <br />Huff'n Puff Days <br />The Lake Elmo Jaycees presented a check to the Council in <br />the amount of $3800 for playground equipment in Lions Park <br />which they will install sometime in the month of May. <br />
