LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 5, 1992 11 <br />Attorney Filla stated after reviewing the insurance letter <br />the reason you would want this coverage it is on a no-fault <br />basis. The city's normal liability policy only provides <br />protection for volunteers if the city was negligent. <br />Whereas, this no-fault coverage would pay regardless of who <br />was at fault. <br />The Council asked if this could be placed on another council <br />agenda for their discussion. <br />D. Resolution approving the application for a DNR park <br />grant in Sunfish Park <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to approve Resolution No. 92-9, <br />Approving the Application for a Department of Natural <br />Resources Park Grant in Sunfish Park. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />E. Application to Heritage Preservation Commission <br />The City received an application from Dale Sherburne, 2315 <br />Lake Elmo Avenue N., to the Heritage Preservation <br />Commission. <br />M/S/P Mayor Johnson/Hunt - to appoint Dale Sherburne to the <br />Heritage Preservation Commission. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />F. Reschedule May 19th City Council Meeting <br />Because of the school board election scheduled for May 19, <br />1992, the City Council rescheduled their Council meeting for <br />Monday, May 18th, at 7:00 p.m. <br />G. Other <br />The Council decided to set up a workshop for Tuesday, May <br />12th, 7:00 p.m. in place of the Storm Water Utility Public <br />Hearing which will be rescheduled for the future. Discussion <br />on Storm Water Utility and OLD BUSINESS items will be on <br />this agenda. <br />Attorney Filla reported that Tom Prew would put together a <br />map indicating in colors which people in that drainage area <br />would be subject to that cost, street cost, storm water <br />cost, and water mains cost prior to any public hearings. <br />M/S/P Mottaz/Dick Johnson - to adjourn the City Council <br />meeting at 11:10 p.m..
