LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 16, 1992 5 <br />As a result of the amount of rainfall, concern on waterflow <br />from Stillwater Blvd to East and West of Inwood Avenue: <br />Mayor Johnson submitted pictures showing a large waterflow <br />from Stillwater Blvd to East and West side of Inwood and <br />flooding into Tablyn Park. Johnson voiced his concern on the <br />possibility of flooding basements and asked if the VBWD has <br />deviated from the approved Surface Watershed Plan and what <br />is happening to Eagle Point Lake. <br />The Council asked the Administrator communicate this problem <br />and request this be fixed and we expect a response from Mr. <br />Moosbrugger within a week or two. <br />STONEGATE DEVELOPMENT: <br />Mayor Johnson asked the Building Official and City Engineer <br />check on the settlement ponds because they are not <br />restricting the rate of flow and if the road is being <br />constructed properly. <br />M/S/F Mottaz/Mayor Johnson - to adjourn the city council <br />meeting. (Motion failed 2-2: Hunt/Williams) <br />Councilman Hunt: <br />Councilman Hunt reported that the judges decision on alleged <br />violations of the state open meeting law by himself has been <br />appealed by Mr. Sovereign and Mr. Shervheim.
