The City of Lake Elmo cannot own streets in Oakdale. M/S/ Mottaz/Hunt - to instruct the City Administrator to have discussion with the Oakdale's City Administrator on the different options of the trade off of the roads for this southeast triangle of property and try to come up with some kind of agreement. OLSON LAKE ESTATES: The Council received a report from Al Dornfeld, President of the VBWD, on the Olson Lakes Estate Pond Outlet to Olson Lake. The Council asked that the City Administrator contact Gordon Moosbrugger, VBWD, and inform him the City of Lake Elmo will not take any water from the Olson Lake Estates development and send a letter to the Tri-Lakes Assoc. indicating what the city is doing and that we need their involvement.
