LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 5, 1992 6 <br />between the 1 1/2% by volume methane comes in and the 5% <br />lower explosive limit for methane as opposed to pentane. <br />(Motion carried 5-0). <br />CITY ENGINEER UPDATE: <br />City Engineer Bohrer reported that in the next meeting or <br />two he will bring to the Council the Engineers Workplan for <br />1993 and will review some of the problems they have had in <br />the past with developer constructed road and drainage <br />improvements and give his suggested recommendations for <br />eliminating these problems. <br />The Council asked that a Uniform Assessment policy for <br />street improvements be brought to the City Council soon. <br />9. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />A. Domestic Abuse Prosecution Plan <br />Attorney Fills. reported that Family Violence Network has <br />reviewed and approved this policy and his office has <br />implemented the Domestic Abuse Prosecution Plan for domestic <br />abuse cases originating in the City of Lake Elmo. <br />10. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />A. Cable Commission representative resignation <br />The City received a letter from David Garloff notifying the <br />city of his wish not to be reappointed as the city's <br />representative to the Ramsey/Washington Suburban Cable <br />Commission. <br />Applications to the Cable Commission will be solicited and <br />acted upon at the first council meeting in January. <br />M/S/P Mottaz/Mayor Johnson - to invite Mr. Garloff and Ms. <br />Wandmacher to the next City Council meeting to get an update <br />from them as to where things are, and where things are going <br />and to explain the reason for the cable increase which was <br />brought up at the October 20th meeting. (Motion carried 5- <br />0). <br />B. 1992/93 Agreement for Auditing/Accounting Services <br />Tautges, Redpath & Co, Ltd <br />M/S/P Hunt/Mottaz - to approve the 1992/93 Agreement for <br />Auditing/Accounting Service with Tautges, Redpath & Co., Ltd <br />and direct the Mayor and City Administrator sign the <br />contract. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />
