ATTENTION SNOWMOBILERS: <br />The City of Lake Elmo has received many, many <br />complaints from residents on the blatant disrespect of <br />the snowmobile rules and regulations effective in the <br />City. <br />These complaints include: trespassing on private <br />property, excessive speed, and snowmobiling past <br />curfew. <br />Snowmobiling in the City of Lake Elmo is a <br />privilege. The City Council can ban their use onCity <br />streets, and they have indicated a willingness to do <br />this if this plea for compliance with City Ordinances <br />and regulations are not adhered to. <br />have enclosed copies of the City's Snowmobile <br />Ordinance.
