MINUTES APPROVED: 4-6-93 <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />l MARCH 16, 1993 <br />Mayor John called the council meeting to order at 7:03 p.m, <br />in the council chambers. PRESENT: John, Conlin, Johnson, <br />City Engineer Bohrer, City Attorney Filla and Administrator <br />Kueffner. ABSENT: Mottaz, Johnston. <br />1. AGENDA <br />ADD: 10F. Letter from the U.S. Environmental Protection <br />Agency, 10G. April 13th meeting to discuss concept plans for <br />annexation area. <br />M/S/P Johnson/Conlin - to approve the March 16, 1993 City <br />Council agenda as amended. (Motion carried 3-0). <br />2. MINUTES: March 2, 1993 <br />M/S/P Johnson/John - to approve the March 2, 1993 City <br />Council minutes as amended. (Motion carried 2-0-1: Abstain: <br />Conlin). <br />MINUTES: March 11, 1993 <br />M/S/P Conlin/Johnson - to approve the March 11, 1993 <br />Emergency Council meeting minutes as amended. (Motion <br />carried 3-0). <br />3. CLAIMS: <br />Regarding Claim #1439, Councilman Johnson complimented the <br />Maintenance Dept, on a fantastic job of upgrading the used <br />trailer they purchased. <br />M/S/P Johnson/Conlin - to approve the March 16, 1993 Claims <br />#1405 thru #1448 as presented. (Motion carried 3-0). <br />4. PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL: <br />A. Washington County's Request to install methane gas <br />monitoring vent on city property <br />Doug Ryan, Environment and Land Use Division Manager, <br />Washington County, is requesting the city's permission to <br />enter on, construct and maintain three methane detection <br />wells on city -owned property. (the property we know as Lake <br />Jane Hills Park). <br />
