LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 16, 1993 7 Resignation of MAC member The City has received a letter of resignation from Jim Peterson from the Maintenance Advisory Commission. With Mr. Peterson's resignation, there are four members on the committee. M/S/P Johnson/Conlin - to accept Jim Peterson's resignation from the MAC and advertise the vacancy for the Maintenance Advisory Commission. (Motion carried 3-0). C. St. Croix Animal Shelter's Request for a "Community Support Agreement" M/S/P Conlin/Johnson - to table this item until the April 6th council meeting. (Motion carried 3-0). D. Pay Increase Request by A.C.O. Agreement for Services M/S/P Johnson/Conlin - to table this item until the April 6th council meeting. (Motion carried 3-0). E. Employees Pay Increase M/S/P Conlin/Johnson - to approve the pay increases as proposed retroactive to January 1, 1993. (Motion carried 3- 0) . F. Letter from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency The City received a letter from Todd A. Cayer, Chief, Water Compliance Branch Disputes Decision Official, regarding certain costs incurred by the city for land acquisitions are allowable for Federal Grant funding under the provision of the Treatment Works Grant. G. April 13th meeting to discuss concept plans The city received an invitation to attend a meeting at the Oakdale City Hall, Tuesday, April 13, 1993 at 5:00 p.m. where the city council will review the two proposed concept plans for the annexation area. The City of Oakdale will send copies of the proposed plans to the City Administrator as soon as they receive them.
