MINUTES: February 16, 1993 <br />M/S/P Johnston/Johnson - to approve the February 16, 1993 <br />City Council minutes as amended. (Motion carried 3-0). <br />MINUTES: February 19, 1993 Emergency Meeting <br />M/S/P Johnston/Johnson - to approve the February 19, 1993 <br />Emergency Meeting minutes as amended. (Motion carried 3-0). <br />MINUTES: February 23, 1993 Emergency Meeting <br />M/S/P Johnson/Johnston - to approve the February 23, 1993 <br />Emergency Meeting minutes as amended. PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL: <br />A. Public Inquiries <br />David Richter, 10841 10th St. N., questioned the legality of <br />a proposed subdivision of a four acre lot owned by his <br />neighbor, Mr. Collette. When Richter bought his lot, he was <br />under the impression that these lots could not be <br />subdivided. <br />
