LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 1, 1993 5 <br />E. Request for Extension of Final Plat for Fox Fire <br />Manor <br />Larry Liles, Pacesetter Property Management, Inc., submitted <br />a letter, dated June 1, 1993, indicating they understand the <br />necessity for this road easement through Fox Fire Manor and <br />will gladly give this easement so that the Rolling Hills <br />development can continue through the platting process. <br />M/S/C Johnston/Conlin - to approve the request from Larry <br />Liles for an extension to August 1, 1993 for the completion <br />of Fox Fire Manor; contingent upon Larry Liles/Pacesetter <br />Properties providing an easement through Fox Fire Manor for <br />a future street on or before June 14, 1993 and said easement <br />shall be approved by the City Attorney. (Motion carried 4- <br />0.) <br />F. Resolution No. 93-41: Approving accessory structure <br />nearer to street than main structure. Applicant: <br />Tim McDonough, 4711 Birch Bark Trail <br />M/S/C Conlin/Mottaz - to adopt Resolution No. 93-41, as <br />amended by language by the city attorney, for Tim McDonough, <br />4711 Birch Bark Trail, allowing him to construct a garage, <br />as shown in Exhibit A, between the public road and the main <br />entrance. (Motion carried 4-0.) <br />' 8. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTa <br />A. Response from Oakdale on Section 32/33 <br />M/S/C Mottaz/Johnston - to direct the city attorney to work <br />with the city engineer to come up with recommendation <br />referred to in his letter dated May 25, 1993 for extension <br />of sewer and water facilities (In the form of two documents: <br />joint power's agreement for sewer and water and a joint <br />resolution dealing with the establishment of a border) for <br />the June 15, 1993 council meeting. (Motion carried 4-0.) <br />The Oakdale City Council invited the Lake Elmo Council and <br />Administrator to attend a meeting on Tuesday, June 22, 1993 <br />at 5 p.m. at the Oakdale Municipal Building Council <br />chambers. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum <br />for the Oakdale council to review and clarify its position <br />relating to various issues and concerns with Lake Elmo. <br />M/S/C Conlin/Johnston - to contact the city of Oakdale to <br />request an agenda for the June 22, 1993 meeting. (Motion <br />carried 3-1: Mottaz: It's Oakdale's meeting and he doesn't <br />want to antagonize them). <br />
