LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES MY 20, 1993 <br />B. Resolution No. 93-10 <br />Administrator Kueffner received a letter from Council man Mottaz regarding Resolution <br />93-10 being amended on March 19, 1993 and there was no meeting held on that date. <br />Kueffner explained the time the original resolution was adopted at the regular council <br />meeting of February 16 and the emergency meeting on February 19 (attended by <br />Mayor John, and council members Johnson and Conlin), we found that a companion <br />bill had been introduced in the Senate, Therefore, a change was made to the resolution <br />to reflect both the House and Senate bill. <br />M/S/C Johnson/John - to amend the minutes of February 19,1993 council meeting to <br />state a motion amending Resolution 93-10 to include reference to senate file 491 and <br />correct the typographical error of line 2: Change March 19, 1993 to February 19,1993. <br />(Motion carried 3-0-2:Abstain: Mottaz, Johnston did not attend the February 19, 1993 <br />council meeting.) <br />C. Replacement Doors for Garage Bays at Parks Building <br />Based on the MAC recommendation, the Parks Commission recommended on July 19, <br />1993 accepting the bid of $2,164 from A-Doorable Grate Door Co. of Cottage Grove <br />and a continuous angle be used for mounting the track at a cost of $50 for both doors. <br />M/S/C Johnson/John - to accept the quotes received for replacement doors for Garage <br />Bays at Parks Building and to accept the quote of $2,164 from A-Doorable Garage <br />Door Co., Cottage Grove ($1,992 + 2 windows + tax) and include $50 for continuous <br />angle track mount for both doors as recommended by the MAC and Parks Commission. <br />(Motion carried 5-0.) <br />M/S/C Johnston/Mottaz - to adjourn the council meeting at 10:20 p.m. (Motion carried <br />5-0.) <br />Resolution No. 93-47 through 93-55 directing the city engineer to prepare the plans and <br />specifications for the 1993 Overlays <br />Resolution No. 93-56 granting a minor subdivision that will allow for a lot line <br />adjustment to Dave Herreid and the Lake Elmo Inn <br />Resolution No. 93-57 approving plans and ordering advertisement for bids for the 1993 <br />overlays <br />
