Yesterday, I went to the Valley Access Channels studios where I had been <br />invited to outline my concept for a Rural City Center in Lake Elmo on their <br />Valley Insight program. This program is broadcast on Channel 3 on Saturday <br />and Sunday evenings at 9 p.m. My contribution will be shown, this weekend <br />or next, in the second half of their program at about 9.20 p.m. Note that what <br />you will see is completely unedited video, as cable access does not have staff <br />to review and edit what is recorded. What you will see, is what they got - an <br />unscripted presentation on my ideas of one possible way that Lake Elmo <br />could progress to the future. <br />
