RALEIGH <br />PRESIDENT/CEO <br />Mary Kueffner, City Administrator <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />3800 Laverne Avenue North <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />Dear Mary; <br />The purpose of this letter, is to request that the City install street lights at the <br />intersection of 39th Street North and County Road 17 (Lake Elmo Avenue) and at <br />the intersection of Ath Street North and Laverne Avenue. <br />39 <br />We make this request out of concern for our customers, employees and the <br />many other people who regularly use 39th Street North.
