Colon and Martin F. <br />ORDER <br />Colon, d/b/a <br />Federal Land <br />Company, <br />File <br />No. CY-88-2349 <br />Plaintiffs, <br />a <br />VS. <br />; <br />City of Lake <br />Elmo, a municipal <br />corporation, <br />Defendant. <br />------------------------------ <br />The above -entitled matter came on before the undersigned, the <br />Honorable David E. Doyscher, Judge of the above -named Court, at the <br />Washington County Government Center, Stillwater, Minnesota, on <br />i March 19, 1991, pursuant to Plaintiffs' Motion for Amended Findings <br />of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for Judgment. <br />Robert C. Bell, Esq,. appeared on behalf of Plaintiffs. <br />Steven Carlson, Esq., and Frederick W. Knaak, Esq., appeared on <br />behalf of Defendant. <br />Based upon all of .the files, records, arguments of counsel, <br />and the proceedings, the Court makes the following: <br />ORDER <br />1. That Finding of Fact Nos. 21 and 22 of this Court's Order <br />dated February 4, 1991, shall be DELETED. <br />2. That the Findings of Fact of this Court's Order dated <br />February 4, 1991, shall be AMENDED to include the following: <br />21.
