E. The Commission shall not seep to impose penalties. <br />F. The Commission shall inform any persons seeking to <br />resolve their disputes through the Commission of <br />their rights to pursue a claim through the <br />Minnesota Department of Human Rights as well as to <br />voluntarily participate in a :dispute resolution <br />process. <br />G. The Commission will not become involved in matters <br />which are germane to other established .boards or <br />commissions of the City but may recommend that <br />other commissions review and comment on such <br />issues. <br />6. Additional City Members. Additional Cities shall be allowed <br />to participate in this Joint Powers Agreement. When a new <br />City is added to the Joint Powers Agreement, the provisions of <br />Section 5.02 shall be amended in a manner that continues the <br />policy of having one-third of the terms of the Commission <br />members expire each year. <br />7. Amendment of Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any <br />time by the mutual consent of all member Cities. <br />S. This .Agreement shall continue for an indefinite term.
