LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 18, 1995 been adopted by Hennepin and Dakota Counties and Ramsey County is expected to do the same. Meredith Majors, Washington County Prosecutor for Juveniles, informed the Council that in the last year her office had received 2,900 referrals. Sgt. Gary Swanson pledged their (Washington County Sheriff's Dept.) support of the proposed ordinance, Lake Elmo has a curfew ordinance that became effective February 23, 1995. Lake Elmo's ordinance is identical to Oakdale and Woodbury's ordinance. The Council approved the County's proposed ordinance. A public hearing to receive comments on the proposed ordinance will be held on May 16, 1995. M/S/P Hunt/John - to direct the staff to draft a resolution supporting the Juvenile Curfew Ordinance as proposed by the Washington County Attorney's Office. (Motion passed 5-0). (2) COPS FAST Budget Information The Council received COPS FAST budget information which shows over three years what the additional deputy will cost the city. After the third year we will pay the entire. cost. The already dedicated vehicle will have. its usage increased by the third deputy. (Motion passed 5-0). 5. OLD BUSINESS: A. Resolution No. 95-35 amending Resolution No. 94-33 approving minor - subdivision for Howard Michels On December 20, 1994, the Council adopted Resolution 94-33 approving a minor subdivision requested by Howard Michels. The resolution was recorded before it was determined that there was an error in the legal description provided by Folz, Freeman, Dupay & Associates, Inc. The correct legal description appears on the contract for deed that has been recorded with the County and the City needs to correct its resolution. M/S/P Hunt/Johnston - to adopt Resolution No. 95-35 amending Resolution No. 94-33, adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council on December 20, 1994 granting a minor subdivision to Howard Michels. (Motion passed 5-0).
