LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 18, 1995 8 B. Recommendation from Heritage Preservation Commission The Council received the April 3, 1995 minutes of the Heritage Preservation Commission. The Commission has asked that the Council adopt Sections 230 and 330 so it can proceed with soliciting Certified Local Government status for the City. The Planning Commission has not acted on the ordinance until the planner was hired and then would set up a workshop with the two commissions (and the planner) and create an ordinance for the Old Village area. This was tabled until February, but the planner did not come on board as soon as anticipated, and the Planning Commission has not yet made a formal recommendation from its public hearing although it was discussed at the February 27, 1995 meeting. The Heritage Preservation Commission also requested the attendance of the City Planner at it's April meeting. Administrator Kueffner suggested the planner go to the June meeting and that meeting be held jointly with the Planning Commission as the planning Commission has recommended: Council member Conlin commented that she would not accept the ordinance until the Heritage Preservation Commission agreed to hold joint meetings and acted on the ordinance so we can become efficient with our staff. Cimarron Golf Course - On -Site non -intoxicating malt liquor license M/S/P Johnston/Conlin - to grant an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License to Cimarron Golf Course Pro Shop (G. C. Properties, Inc.). (Motion passed 5-0). M/S/P Conlin/Johnston - to adjourn the council meeting at 10:45 p.m. (Motion passed 5-0).
