Public Inquiries: Mary Siedow, 2796 Inwood Ave., informed the Council that due to recent
heavy rains the Lake Elmo Hts. 3rd Addition construction of 26th St. has caused washout damage
through his yard, and he is concerned that the storm pond near his house, (north of 27th St.)
cannot hold all the storm water. Mr. Siedow presented pictures. City Engineer Bohrer reported
he met with the developer last week, made sure the erosion controls were put, more strongly,
back in place, and the wash basins for 26th St. should be in this week which will correct the
problem. Mr. Bohrer explained to Mr. Siedow that he will take the developer out to Mr. Siedow's
property tomorrow, and believes the developer will restore Mr. Siedow's property. Mr. Siedow
expressed his satisfaction and thanks.
A-2.
