The city planner <br />has comments which need to be discussed with Pastor Dan Dennison. Unfortunately The City <br />Planner and Pastor Dan are both currently on vacation and cannot be reached. <br />We request the City Council approve the site plan review at this time with a contingency that the <br />sign issue is resolved. <br />5) The grading and erosion control plan must be revised an approved by the city engineer. <br />Response - The city engineer has contacted Pioneer Engineering to relay concerns which <br />are currently being addressed. <br />6) The city planner shall review and approve the planting schedule in order to determine the <br />extent of the trees removed along highway 36. The intent of this review is to insure that the tree <br />buffer will not be greatly impacted. <br />Response - We are waiting comments from the city planner. <br />
