Response - Drawings submitted and approved by city planner. 2) Permission from NSP for the construction of the parking lot in the NSP easement. Response - See attached letter dated 04-15-96 from NSP. 3) An access permit from Washington County must be submitted. Response - See attached permit. 4) A sign plan must be submitted which meet the requirements of the code or as recommended by the city planner. Response - A plan and elevation have been submitted to the city planner. The city planner has comments which need to be discussed with Pastor Dan Dennison. Unfortunately The City Planner and Pastor Dan are both currently on vacation and cannot be reached. We request the City Council approve the site plan review at this time with a contingency that the sign issue is resolved. 5) The grading and erosion control plan must be revised an approved by the city engineer. Response - The city engineer has contacted Pioneer Engineering to relay concerns which are currently being addressed. 6) The city planner shall review and approve the planting schedule in order to determine the extent of the trees removed along highway 36. The intent of this review is to insure that the tree buffer will not be greatly impacted. Response - We are waiting comments from the city planner.
