Box 180 <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />RE: NSP Transmission Lines 0801 and 0977 <br />NE1/4 of the NE/1/4 of Section 2, Township 29, Range 21 <br />Washington County, MN <br />Dear Pastor Dennison, <br />I had a phone conversation today with Dan Rolf, Architectural Network, Inc., who have been <br />retained by River Valley Christian Church, and are revisiting a project that NSP responded to <br />on November 8, 1969. The church is considering purchasing land under and adjacent to the <br />above referenced transmission lines. I am enclosing a copy of NSP's Transmission <br />Encroachment Policy for your review. <br />As you can see, the allowable encroachments have not changed since 1989. Structures, <br />permanent or temporary, and tall growing trees are not allowed to encroach the easement. <br />Any grade changes under and around lines or structures need to be approved by NSP <br />transmission engineers.
