LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 3, 1996 <br />M/S/P DeLapp/John - to approve the Real Estate Purchase Agreement and the Future Reimbursement <br />Agreement included with the November 22, 1996 letter form the City Attorney as amended (Page 4, <br />Paragraph 7. Closing: Add "on or before January 31, 1997'; Page 8: Add "and all improvements located <br />thereon"; Future Reimbursement Agreement:Paragraph 3:add "proceeds to the Lake Elmo Scholarship <br />Fund" and Paragraph 5C. add "measured by consumer price index using 1996 as the base year". <br />(Motion passed 4-0). <br />10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />A. Cable Programming <br />At the December 3rd meeting, the Council asked for additional information from Ginny Holder on cable <br />programming. Ginny will be out of town for two weeks and will attend the second meeting in January to <br />go over this proposal. <br />M/S/P Johnston/Conlin - to table until January 21, 1997, discussions with Ginny Holder on local cable <br />programming. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />11. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />12. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />A. Advertisement for replacement for Barbara Holm <br />M/S/P Johnston/DeLapp - to direct the staff to advertise for a full-time Secretary position with a starting <br />wage up to $9.75/hr. as recommended by the City Administrator. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />B.
