3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Conlin — to approve the May 20, 1997 Claims #5943 through #5977, as presented. (Motion <br />4-0). <br />4. PUBLIC DIFOMATIONAL/INOUIRIES: <br />A. Public Inquiries <br />Councilman DeLapp commended Tom Prew, City Engineer, on his comments on Channel 5 on the <br />proposed round -about at W Street and Lisbon Avenue. <br />B. Car Wash Fund Raiser for the Rand Wagner family to attend the National Convention for Family <br />of the ear in DesMoines, Iowa <br />Linda Wagner introduced her family who will be competing in the National Convention for Family of the <br />Year in DesMones, Iowa. A car wash will be held as a fund raiser on June 14" from 10-2 at Brockman <br />Motors at a cost of $5 a car. <br />C. Members of Boy Scout Troop 224 were in attendance to earn a merit badge for communications. <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA: <br />A. Resolutions Adopting Fees <br />B. <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to adopt Resolutions No. 97-25 setting fees for Zoning Applications pursuant to <br />Chapter 3, Section 300 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to adopt Resolution No. 97-26 setting fees for Platting, Subdivisions, park <br />dedication fee for minor subdivision and Planned Unit Development pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 400 of <br />the Lake Ehno Municipal Code. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to adopt Resolution No. 97-27 setting fees for Building Permits, Fees, bonds, <br />Culverts, Excavating and Grading, Private Roads, Moving Structures into City, pursuant to Chapter 5, <br />Section 505 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to adopt Resolution No. 97-28 setting fees for Swimming pools pursuant to Chapter <br />5, Section 525 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to adopt Resolution No. 97-29 setting fees for Tennis Courts pursuant to Chapter 5, <br />Section 530 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to adopt Resolution No. 97-30 setting fees for Signs pursuant to Chapter 5, Section <br />535 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code. No Parking Signs on Upper 33 Street turnaround by Lake Elmo OR bulk tanks:Dan Olinger <br />Lake Elmo Inn customer cars are being parked in the turnaround owned by Lake Elmo Oil. The trucks that <br />are delivering oil are having a very difficult time turning around and have blocked the area for through <br />traffic on more than one occasion.
