M/S/P DeLapp/Conlin — to direct the City Attorney to add additional language to the Declarations to <br />indicate that the Homeowners Association needs to comply specifically with the maintenance obligation of <br />this particular MPCA permit or any amendment to the permit, The final version of the Declarations will <br />indicate that the section imposing the wastewater treatment obligations cannot be amended without the <br />consent of the City. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />E. Lake Ehno Avenue Overlay <br />At the last meeting, the Council directed the Engineer to contact Washington County Public Works to we if <br />anything could be done along the portion of Lake Elmo Avenue now being overlaid to make it more <br />"pedestrian friendly" Tom Prew talked to Joe Lux who indicated there would be brief striping the same as <br />before, two driving lanes and two parking lanes. There is no attempt to add any additional striping for <br />bicycles above what is there already.
