M/S/P Hunt/DeLapp — to adopt Summary of Ordinance 9724 regarding Wireless Telecommunication <br />Permits adopted by the City Council on January 21, 1998 and modified on February 3, 1998. (Motion <br />passed 4-0). <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to send a copy of the Wireless Telecommunication Ordinance to Congressman <br />Grams. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Hunt — to contract with the firm of KLM Engineering to review telecommunication permits. <br />(Motion passe 4-0). <br />E. Resolution Granting a Conditional Use Permit to Linder's Greenhouse, Inc. to allow construction <br />of greenhouses <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Hunt — to adopt Resolution 98-8, A Resolution granting a Conditional Use Permit to <br />Linder's Greenhouses, Inc., to allow construction of greenhouses. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Hunt — to acknowledge that the direction by Council on November 18, 1997 to adopt <br />Resolution No. 97-64 was made in error, that there was no resolution before the Council for adoption, and <br />the City records reflect this error. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />9. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: None <br />10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />11. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />Mayor John attended the Cottage Grove Ravine Sewer Study Group. Lake Elmo will host School District <br />#622 Elected Officials meeting on February 4, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The Council received an invitation to a <br />Metro East Development Partnership for their Annual Meeting scheduled for February 12, 1998. <br />Budget Update: Mayor John and Councilor Hunt had no problem with the 1998 budget. Councilor Dunn <br />had sent her comments into the staff. <br />Councilor Dunn asked that an item on the Work Plan for the Year would be an update on issues that have to <br />be completed and a completion date. <br />Councilor DeLapp, provided the Council with a handout from Jim Hagstrom, Savanna Designs, on <br />Landscape Design for Country Properties. Councilor DeLapp will invite Mr. Hagstrom to present a <br />landscape workshop for the Council on an off -Tuesday meeting night. <br />12.
