Maintenance of Settlement Pond in Wildflowers Shore: <br />Tom Prew asked if the Council would like to discuss who would be maintaining the settlement pond in <br />Wildflowers Shore. The Homeowners Association will be maintaining the newly created lake. <br />12. NEW BUSINESS: <br />13. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />A. Cable Franchise Agreement <br />For the past three years, the Cable Commission has been working on the franchise renewal. The Franchise <br />Agreement has been recommended for adoption by Ginny Holder, our Cable Commission representative <br />and by the Cable Commission. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn — to adopt Ordinance No. 9750 per recommendation of the RWCC, Lake Elmo's <br />Cable Representative, and the City Administrator with a special thanks to Ginny Holder for diligently <br />following this process to assure that the City's best interests were not overlooked. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn - to adopt the summary of Ordinance No. 9750, An Ordinance on Cable Television <br />Franchise. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />B. Set 2000 Budget Workshop Dates <br />Finance Director Marilyn Banister provided the Council with a 6-month 1999 Income & Expense <br />Statement. September 14`h is the last day to complete the proposed 2000 budget.
