PRESENT: Siedow, <br />Dunn, Hunt, Armstrong, Delapp, City Planner Dillerud, City Attorney Filla, City Engineer Prew, and <br />Administrator Kueffner <br />1. AGENDA <br />M/S/P Armstrong/DeLapp — to approve the November 16, 1999 City Council agenda, as amended (Motion <br />passed 5-0) <br />2. MINUTES: November 2, 1999 <br />M/S/P Siedow/Armstrong — to approve the November 2, 1999 City Council Minutes, as amended. (Motion <br />passed 4-0-LAbstain Dmm) <br />3. CLAIMS <br />Claim $24.81 Council asked that this reimbursement be taken out of the $500 Human Rights Commission <br />budget <br />M/S/P Siedow/DeLapp — to approve the November 16, 1999 Claims, as presented. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />4. PUBLIC INOUIRIESANFORMATIONAL: <br />A. Conrad Koosman, Washington Soil and Water Conservation District <br />Conrad Koosman presented slides showing examples of preservation in Lake Elmo for which it was chosen <br />Outstanding Conservationist. Lee Hunt will be attending the award luncheon on December 7'h in Duluth, <br />Mr. Koosman gave the scope of services of the SWCD and offered their services to the City. <br />5.
