Motion passed 4 - 0. <br />ITEM 2: Approve Pavment of Disbursements and Payroll <br />Brief discussion was held concerning an error in the cover memo. Administrator Handt clarified <br />that the correct total for disbursements and payroll to be approved was $899,522.62. <br />Councilmember Fliflet, seconded by Councilmember Lundgren, moved TO APPROVE <br />DISBURSEMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $899,522.62. Motion passed4-0. <br />ITEM 3: Approve Job Description and Authorize Advertising for Finance Director <br />Fiscal impacts were discussed briefly. Administrator Handt explained that the future use of the <br />current consulting firm will be determined after the pool of applicants is reviewed. <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
