All revegetation measures proposed for the tract, including seed and <br />mulch types and application rates must be included on the plan. <br />xvn. Existing contours at two (2) foot intervals shown as dashed lines (may be <br />prepared by a Minnesota licensed surveyor). Existing contours shall <br />extend one hundred fifty ( 150) feet outside of the tract. <br />xvm. Proposed grade elevations at two (2) foot intervals shown as solid lines. <br />xix. Other information as required and outlined in the City Plan Sheet Format <br />Requirements. <br />(6) Final utility plan, appropriately labeled, prepared and signed by a Minnesota <br />licensed engineer, depicting the following: <br />1. Easements locations, dimensions, and purposes. <br />11. Underground and overhead facilities. <br />111. Proposed utility plans including sanitary sewer, watemrnin, and storm <br />sewer, all in accordance with the City Engineer Design Standards Manual. <br />(7) Final street and storm sewer plan, appropriately labeled, prepared and signed by a <br />Minnesota licensed engineer, depicting the following infonnation: <br />1. Layout of proposed streets showing the proposed lot lines, right-of-way <br />widths, and proposed street names, in accordance with the City's Street <br />Naming Policy, as outlined in 153.09 (11) (a). <br />20
