1. Name of the subdivision; <br />11. Location by section, township, range, county, and state, and including <br />descriptive boundaries of the subdivision; <br />111. The location of monuments shall be shown and described on the final plat; <br />1v. Location and area calculations oflots, right-of-way, streets, public <br />highways, alleys, parks and trails, wetland and wetland buffers and other <br />features with accurate dimensions; <br />v. Lots shall be numbered clearly; blocks are to be numbered, with numbers <br />shown clearly in the center of the block; <br />v1. The exact locations, widths, and names of all sh·eets to be dedicated; <br />v11. Location width and use of all easements to be dedicated; <br />v111. Certification by a registered land surveyor in the fom1 required by M.S. <br />Ch. 505, as it may be amended from time to time, and the name, address, <br />and registration number of the surveyor; <br />1x. Scale of plat (the scale to be shown graphically on a bar scale), date, and <br />north point; <br />x. Statement dedicating all easements; <br />x1. Statement dedicating all streets, utility easements, and other public areas <br />not previously dedicated; and <br />x11. Certificate for approval by the City Planning Commission and the <br />Council. The certificate shall be prepared for the signatures of the Chair <br />and Secretary of the City Planning Commission, and the Mayor and <br />Administrator. <br />(5) Final grading and drainage plan, appropriately labeled, using a copy of the current <br />certificate of survey as a base for the site in question and prepare and signed by a <br />Minnesota licensed engineer, depicting the following infonnation: <br />1. North arrow and date of preparation. <br />11. Graphic Scale ( engineering scale only, not less than one (1) inch equals <br />fifth (50) feet). <br />111. For each lot, provide lot and block numbers, building pad location, <br />building type and proposed building first floor elevation, low floor <br />elevation and elevation at garage slab. <br />1v. Stonnwater Management Plan, with a narrative, including the <br />configuration of drainage areas and calculations that meet the <br />requirements of the City Code and/or applicable Watershed Standards. <br />v. Location of all natural features on the tract. Natural features are <br />considered to include, but are not limited to the following: tree lines, <br />wetlands, ponds, lakes, streams, drainage channels, bluffs, steep slopes, <br />etc. <br />19
