S I t in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 1983 through December 31, 198 3 and has submitted all required information and fees for the application for such permit; and, fi WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D b. of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Outdoor Target in the City of Lake Elmo; and, WHEREAS, Sections 1300 of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and, WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions set forth above; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, THAT, the Conditional Use Permit Outdoor Target P ang_e______ at 10386-10th.
