CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 2, 2025 <br />Mayor Cadenhead called the meeting to order at 7.- 00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Charles Cadenhead and Councilmembers, Nick Dragisich, Matt Him, Jeff <br />Holtz and Nick Kxagness. <br />Staff present: Administrator Miller, Administrative Services Coordinator Doyle, Finance Director <br />Radler, Assistant Public Works Director Swanepoel, Public Works Director Powers, Assistant <br />City Engineer Isakson, City Attorney Sonsalla and City Clerk Johnson. <br />Item 9, "Approve Lions Park Playground Replacement" was moved to the Regular Agenda. <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />AGENDA AS AMENDED. Motion passed 5 —0. <br />ACCEPT MINUTES <br />Councilmember Hirn, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TO ACCEPT THE <br />MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 19, 2025 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AS PRESENTED. <br />Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />a - <br />CONSENT CONSENT AGENDA <br />1.
