....:.........: <br />........::... : : <br />RESOLUTION 93 -73 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING .A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO <br />JANET MORGAN/MIKE HENNING <br />WHEREAS, Janet Morgan and Mike Henning made application to the City of Lake <br />Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code of the following described parcel of land: <br />THE SOUTH ONE -HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (S 1/2 OF NE 1/4) <br />EXCEPT THE NORTH THIRTY -FIVE AND FORTY -EIGHT HUNDREDTHS (35.48) <br />ACRES THEREOF SECTION TWENTY -FOUR (24), TOWNSHIP TWENTY -NINE (29) <br />NORTH, RANGE TWENTY -ONE (21) WEST, SUBJECT TO ENCUMBRANCES AND <br />EASEMENTS OF RECORD <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this request at a <br />regularly scheduled meeting on October 25, 1993, and conditionally recommended <br />approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a minor subdivision is hereby granted <br />to Janet Morgan and Mike Henning and said minor subdivision shall create the <br />following described parcels: <br />PARCEL A (11 00 ACRE <br />That part of the South one -half of the Northeast Quarter except the north thirty -five <br />and forty -eight hundredths (35.48) acres thereof of Section Twenty -four (24), Township <br />twenty -nine (29) North, Range Twenty -one (21) West, described more particularly as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 24, a found Washington County <br />Cast Iron Monument; thence S 89 Deg. 49'25" W, bearing based on the Washington <br />County Coordinate System, a distance of 1969.17 feet along the southerly line of the <br />Northeast 1/4 of said Section 24 to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 89 Deg. <br />49'25" W a distance of 654.94 feet along the southerly line of said Northeast 1/4 of <br />Section 24; thence N 00 Deg. 15'37" W a distance of 730.89 feet along the westerly line <br />of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 24; thence N 89 Deg. 41'54" E a distance of 654.94 <br />feet along the southerly line of said north 35.48 acres; thence S 00 Deg. 15'37° E, <br />parallel with the westerly line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 24 a distance of <br />732.32 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said parcel is subject to an easement for <br />road purposes over the westerly 41.48 feet thereof for Legion Avenue North and <br />subject to an easement for road purposes over the southerly 30 feet for 25th Street <br />North. Said parcel contains 11.00 acres and is subject to all other encumbrances and <br />easements of record. <br />
