City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution 94-29 <br />A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision to <br />Francis J. Pott and Patricia Hagberg <br />Whereas, Francis J. Pott and Patricia Hagberg made application to the City of Lake <br />Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 401,042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of <br />the following described parcel of land: to wit: <br />All that part of Lot No. Five (5), Block No. Three (3), of LAKE ELMO PARK, IN <br />THE Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot No. Five (5), Block No. Three (3), of <br />LAKE ELMO PARK, as now on file and of record in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of the County of Washington, in the State of Minnesota; thence South along the <br />Easterly line of said Lot Five (5), Block Three (3) of LAKE ELMO PARK, for Two <br />hundred fifty -three and seven hundredths (253.07) feet; thence West at right angles for <br />Eighty (80.0) feet to the Point of Beginning of this description; thence continuing West <br />for One hundred twenty (120.0) feet; thence South at right angles for One hundred <br />sixty -four and two- tenths (164.2) feet to the Northerly line of Lake Elmo Blvd.; thence <br />Southeasterly along said Northerly line of Lake Elmo Blvd. for One hundred thirty -two <br />(132.0) feet to its intersection with a line drawn parallel with the last mentioned course <br />and at a distance of One hundred twenty (120.0) feet Easterly therefrom; thence North <br />along said parallel line for Two hundred nineteen and three- tenths (219.3) feet to the <br />point of beginning, and <br />Lot Five (5) in Block Three (3), LAKE ELMO PARK, according to the plat thereof on <br />file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br />EXCEPTING therefrom that part of said Lot Five (5) described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Five (5), Block 3, of Lake Elmo Park, <br />thence South along the E'ly line of said Lot 5 for 253.07 feet; thence West at right <br />angles for 80 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description; thence continuing West <br />for 120 feet; thence South at right angles for 164.2 feet to the N'ly line of Lake Elmo <br />Blvd.; thence SE'ly along said N'ly line of Lake Elmo Blvd. for 132 feet to its <br />intersection with a line drawn parallel with the last mentioned course and at a distance <br />of 120 feet E' ly therefrom; thence North along said parallel line of 219.3 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the request for a minor <br />subdivision at its October 24, 1994 meeting and unanimously recommended its approval; and <br />
