LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 3, 2008 1 <br /> <br /> MINUTES APPROVED: June 17, 2008 <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />June 3, 2008 <br /> <br />Mayor Johnston called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Johnston and Council Members Johnson, Park and Smith <br />Also present: City Administrator Hoyt, City Engineers Griffin and Stempski, Finance <br />Director Bouthilet, KDV auditor Joe Rigdon and City Clerk Lumby <br />Absent: Council Member DeLapp <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA: <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Smith moved to approve the June 3rd agenda as presented. <br />Council Member Johnson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />ORDER OF BUSINESS: <br /> <br />APPROVE MINUTES: <br /> <br />The minutes of May 20, 2008 were approved by consensus. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS/INQUIRIES: None <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Johnson moved to approve the consent agenda as presented. <br />Council Member Park seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />• Approve Resolution no. 2008-026 payment of claims in the amount of <br />$109,215.95 <br /> <br />REGULAR AGENDA: <br /> <br />Public Meeting: Annual Report for 2007 Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems <br />(MS4S) <br /> <br />City Engineer Ryan Stempski conducted a public meeting on the City’s Storm Water <br />Pollution Prevention Program (SWPP) regarding its storm water quality and the steps that <br />the City is taking to address the six minimum control measures. The City Council was <br />asked to accept the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Annual Report for <br />2007 for submission to MPCA. <br />
