CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08- 00T. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND GENERAL SIGN REGULATIONS <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Section <br />11.01 (Definitions) is hereby amended to add the following definitions: <br />"Permanent Sian" — A sign constructed of durable materials designed to exist for the <br />duration of time that the use or occupant is located on the premises. <br />"Temporary Sign" — Any sign intended for display over a short period of time. <br />Section 2.
