CITY OF Lake Elmo <br />ORDINANCE NO. CO- I � 1 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE PROCESS FOR REVIEWING <br />ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS AND VARIANCE REQUESTS IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE CITY'S INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY SEWER SYSTEM <br />REGULATIONS <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Sections 700.05 Subd. 1(C)(1) <br />and 700.05 Subd. 1(C)(2) are hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 700.05. Subd.1 <br />(C)(1) An aggrieved party may appeal the Zoning Administrator's decision <br />regarding the interpretation or application of the provisions of City Code <br />Section 700 and its subdivisions. Appeals shall be reviewed and <br />determined by the City's Board of Adjustment and Appeals. <br />(C)(2) Request for variances to the provisions of Section 700 and its subdivisions <br />shall be reviewed pursuant to the procedures and standards contained in <br />Section 300.06 Subd. 3. <br />THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS THAT SECTION 700.05, <br />SUBD. 1(C)(3) IS REPEALED <br />Adoption Date.
