SUMMARY <br />On the 6th day of April, 1998, the Lake Elmo City Council <br />adopted Ordinance No. TIH a , and, by four affirmative votes <br />pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a summary <br />of the Ordinance be published. <br />Lake Elmo Ordinance No. q -7 ya is entitled "An Ordinance <br />Extending the Development Moratorium on Property Located Within the <br />Public Facility (PF.) Zoning District of the City".
