viffa e of Uaht '�Zfmv <br />wetattingtan (dmtntg <br />`ga ¢e 7Ctmo, Azzt tovta <br />April 4,1561 <br />Minutes of the Village Council Meeting. <br />Attending -- Mayor Ertel, Trustees Lloyd Ebne, Roy Dornfeld, <br />Robert Dennis and clerk Don Mehsikomet. <br />Meeting called to order by Trustee Roy Dornfeld acting for <br />Mayor Ertel who was detained at 7:15 PM.' <br />Minutes of the March 7 meeting read and approved. <br />Clerk Mehsikomer made a financial report that showed a bal- <br />ance in the village account of $1,487.00 after all bills sub- <br />mitted to date were paid. The fire department operating ac- <br />count showed a balance of $614.89 and the fire department <br />sinking fund showed a balan.ae of 31,851.02. <br />Since other matters would take up the end of the meeting the <br />following bills were submitted for approval at this time. <br />Meyer Mercantile <br />General Industries <br />Minnesota Fire Equipment <br />Norman Wendt <br />Northwestern Bell Telephone <br />Dairy Products Labs. <br />St. Paul Stamp Works <br />Northern States Power <br />Pioneer Flag Co. <br />Walter's <br />Motion made by trustee Roy Dornfeld <br />Dennis that bills be ordered paid. <br />Trustee Roy Dornfeld <br />favor of procuring a <br />engine which both the <br />approved_. Trustee Roy Dornfeld reported that the hockey <br />goals had not been located. It was suggested_ that several <br />people be contacted to see if they were aware of the location <br />of this equipment. <br />;Roy further reported that he had been appointed by the Lions <br />to check further into the possibility of having the hockey <br />rink blacktop surfaced.
