FINANCIAL WORKSHOP: Paul Donna <br />Fire Hall Roofs <br />M/S/P Armstrong/DeLapp — to transfer project amount of $89,800 from General Fund <br />reducing fund balance for building projects. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />Refinancing 1999 GO Temporary Improvement Bonds <br />Council member Dunn stated the total cost of the project for utility improvements back in <br />1996 will be more than doubled.
