HINUTES APPROVED: 2-2-93 <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />JANUARY 19, 1993 - <br />Mayor John called the city council meeting to order at. 7: <br />p.m. in the city council chambers. PRESENT: Mayor John, <br />Mottaz (arrived 7:06 p.m.), Conlin, Johnston, Johnson, City <br />Engineer Bohrer, City Attorney Filla, and Administrator <br />Kueffner. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: 6. Ordinance amending Section 401.042, 7. Crackfilling <br />versus Sealcoating <br />M/S/P Johnson/Johnston - to approve the January 19, 1993 <br />City Council agenda as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />2. MINUTES: January 5, 1993 <br />M/S/P Conlin/Johnson - to approve the January 5, 1993 City <br />Council minutes as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Johnson/Johnston - to approve the January 19, 1993 <br />claims #1274 thru #1313 as presented. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />4. Public Information: <br />A. Lake Elmo Jaycee Proclamation <br />MAYOR JOHN PROCLAIMED THE WEEK OF JANUARY 17-23, 1993 <br />TO BE JAYCEE WEEK IN LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA <br />B. Complaints on snowmobiles <br />Fred Ranallo, 8643 Stillwater Blvd., stated snowmobiles are <br />going through his yard 30, from his bedroom window. He would <br />like to see a sign posted "No Snowmobiling on Stillwater <br />Blvd." <br />Tom Armstrong, 8281 15th Street, stated there is a steady <br />stream of snowmobiles coming from Oakdale along 15th Street. <br />They have driven over his small pine trees that are off the <br />road right-of-way. <br />Mike Dirtzu, 8627 Stillwater Blvd., asked if the deputies <br />would enforce the curfew stated in the ordinance. <br />Gladys Goetschel stated they have crop damage between 50th <br />Street and the fairgrounds. <br />
