We commit to you, as we <br />do all of our clients, that: <br />• We will be available for brief routine questions at no additional charge, a welcome investment in an on- <br />going relationship. <br />= <br />Any additional charges not discussed in this proposal will be mutually agreed upon up front. <br />We will always be candid and fair in our fee discussions, and we will avoid surprises. <br />Fee considerations <br />The fee proposal is based on the following: <br />8 City of Lauderdale personnel will provide assistance periodically throughout the year and during the <br />assurance fieldwork with regard to account analysis and provision of year-end account reconciliation <br />workpapers and schedules. <br />8 City of Lauderdale personnel will prepare the year-end tax workpapers and schedules to the extent <br />performed in prior years, which we will complete, review, and examine. <br />� <br />The assurance reports will be delivered in accordance with City of Lauderdales' deadlines. <br />=� <br />Satisfactory completion ofour firm's normal client acceptance procedures. <br />Professional standards and regulations currently \neffect.
