C. Either party desiring to terminate or modify this contract <br />must notify the other party in writing at least thirty (30) <br />days prior to December 31, 20162020 for wages and conditions <br />of employment for calendar year 2017 2021 or beyond. A <br />notice of desire to modify this contract shall set forth <br />specifically all proposed modifications sought by the party <br />and all clauses of this contract for which no modification <br />is sought shall be renewed automatically. <br />D. Negotiations with respect to proposed modifications may <br />commence at any time after notice of proposed modifications <br />has been given. <br />ARTICLE 27: SAVINGS CLAUSE <br />This AGREEMENT is subject to the laws of the United States, the <br />State of Minnesota, and Ramsey County. In the event any <br />provisions of this AGREEMENT shall be held to be contrary to law <br />by a court of competent jurisdiction an administrative ruling, or <br />legislation or administrative regulation, such provision shall be <br />voided. All other provisions shall continue in full force and <br />effect.
